I only bought a few tiny pieces when I visited. I bought two egg holders and a porcelain wooden shoe (and it even has a windmill decoration painted on it). My parents have them at their house. I looked up the shop where I purchased the items and they will make a custom plate where you can put writing on it. I wanted one with Corprew (our last name) I love the blue and white designs. Our wedding dishes are blue and white. That's one of the reasons I picked the colors. The Delft porcelain designs are so much classier than French Toile

I'm not one for porcelain, it's too fragile and expensive. I have all of Thrash's suggestions in my book now. It sounds awesome. I don't think I'll have enough time to see all the cool stuff you guys keep telling me about. I'll have to make two trips

I have only made a few porcelain pieces because you need a whole set of clean tools and a clean separate work area. The porcelain clay it too easily contaminated by stoneware clay. Porcelain is also a weak clay body so making large pieces is difficult.
