Allow me to be the first:

Septicflesh ( formerly Septic Flesh )--Communion

Decrepit Birth--Diminishing Worlds

Origin--Antithesis

Soul Source--stuff on MyLame

I skip around a lot, music listening-wise.

Septicflesh - Communion
Anaal Nathrakh - Hell is Empty, And all the Devils are here
Nightwish - Dark Passion Play
Sinergy - To Hell and Back

Nice little variety for today. Communion is inspiring to write an article. Be wary.

I can't stop listening to the part on track 4 where it's like a cross between classical, jazz and horror soundtrack and that brass sections hits loud and hard and out of nowhere for a brief moment. It's incredibly bad arse.

I don't understand Communion. It has some fantastic moments (namely track one), but then it basically fails for the rest of the album. Yes there are some powerful moments, but on the whole it fails.

I argue that only 2 of the tracks are lackluster. Track 3 and 4 are amazing. I adore the orchestration in this album and while it is simply constructed, if you listen to it as a whole, it makes sense. It is a death metal symphony.

Coldplay - Viva la vida.

Wonderful, soaring... I love it. I've always liked coldplay.

i rally dont liek coldplay. there are so many bands who do what they're doing but loads better. also the way the singer was a small ugly weedy guy in their first video, and now he's trying to be all sexy and stuff.
dont like cold play

Mogwai - Mogwai Fear Satan

You know you are a doomster when you volunteer for a session at the Samaritans and all the callers kill themselves... including the guy with the wrong number.

I used to dislike them. When x&y was released I realised I liked them.

Coldplay is pretty relaxing. Good music to have in the background. Even though I like them I make fun of people who listen to them just because.

Upon rereading this. It sounds like I'm coming out of the closet.
I'm going to get the album when it comes out.

Few points.

1) I don't Coldplay.

2) I find the most brutal and violent music relaxing. That or Bathory.

3) YOU make fun of people for listening to a certain band? For SHAME!

Currently listening to:

Melechesh - Emissaries
Aurora Borealis - Relinquish

Its all in good fun not really serious teasing. Coldplay is pretty trendy right now alot of people just listen to them because they are the flavor of the month but they are actually pretty good. Kinda like the "Metallica Fan" that only has heard The Black Album and Load.

Music that doesn't make my mind work too hard is the most relaxing for me.
