Want to attach .swf but it won't let me! - Metal-R.US

I have a cool flash movie i made with a guitar soloist but it won't let me attach it. If i have to link it from somewhere please talk me through that process, never done it before.

I opened up the attach feature for .swf files. Just try it now, it now only depends on size, so how big is it?
